You should be comfortable coordinating paid marketing campaigns at scale and have good knowledge of B2B marketing, preferably from a B2B marketplace.  This is a key role in our commercial team and you will work closely with other team members as well as external agencies and consultants.

What you will do:  

  • Strategically oversee the analysis of our customer acquisition strategy (online and offline) across all relevant channels such as: paid social, paid search, content marketing, organic referral, email, website leads
  • Develop, help build, and maintain Dashboards and Data Models allowing stakeholders to easily digest actionable insights.
  • Mine data and analytics to gain a better understanding of user funnel and engagement behaviors, including impacts of current marketing strategies.
  • Implement and analyze Tests to provide in-depth insights to the commercial and product team on the test data and understanding of our marketing drivers’ effects.
  • Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via organic, paid acquisition, and retargeting
  • Develop a set of repeatable growth marketing techniques, tools, and infrastructure that can be deployed across target markets
  • Maintain performance versus targets in each channel, with a focus on scaling while maintaining profitability
  • Set tactics for international expansion and scaling.
  • Provide input for changes to e.g. UX/UI and copy to improve conversions
  • Guide developers and content writers with information on SEO

Skills required 

  • Digital analysis on site
  • Digital analysis of performance activities/setting structure/AB testing etc.
  • Building dashboards and owning different digital data sources, such as Google analytics, google data studio, hot jar, search console, Google ads
  • Setting a data structure and reporting structure
  • CRO
  • Know SEO foundations
  • Be able to hands-on work in google ads
  • Be able to hands on work in LinkedIn business manager and Facebook business manager
